About our Floating Cabins
ALL UNITS are fully appointed with food preparation (pots, pans, dishes, tableware, toaster and coffee makers). Bedding and bath linens are provided. Propane grills and propane are also furnished. All units have heat and air conditioning, Cable TV with DVD player. Complimentary laundry room available for units that do not have washers/dryers. Your water craft can be docked to any of the cabins.

THE ATRIUM LODGE AT THE NORTH PENINSULA
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 18 people (ALL AGES). The Atrium Lodge has four bedrooms with one queen bed in each, a large sleeping loft, five full bathrooms (one is handicapped accessible), a large (40′ X 40′) living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has two sinks, two dishwashers, large microwave, electric range/oven, side-by-side refrigerator, with ice and water in the door and cable television with DVD. The large sleeping loft has six queen beds and cable television with DVD. The Atrium Lodge has a large covered veranda dock on three sides for outdoor enjoyment, a sun deck, and jet ski float that holds 2 jet ski’s.
THE WEST COTTAGE
Our West Cottage occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people (ALL AGES). This cabin has two bedrooms (with a queen bed in each) and two bathrooms. The Kitchen has full size appliances with an electric range/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher. The living/dining area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, and tables with chairs. There is a television with a DVD player in the living room as well.
THE EAST COTTAGE
Our East Cottage is limited to a maximum of 6 people (ALL AGES) It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The kitchen has full size appliances with an electric range/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stacking washer/dryer. The living room sofa makes out into a queen size bed, and each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is cable TV and DVD player in the living area.
THE DOCKAMINIUMS AT THE NORTH PENINSULA
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people (ALL AGES). Each dock has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The large living/kitchen area has an eating/serving bar, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, and clothes washer/dryer. Two of the bedrooms have one queen bed each with adjoining bathrooms. The third bedroom has 4 bunk-style twin beds. These cabins have cable TV with DVD’s. Each dock has a large covered veranda and the use of a covered boat slip.
The Gazebo Lodge at Tranquility Point
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 12 people (ALL AGES).
Whether you are looking to layout in the sun, or sit and look at the night sky, this is the cabin for you! Inside you will find a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, with one full bath with tub/shower, a large sleeping loft with four queen beds. The two bedroom suites each have one queen bed downstairs, with a full bath with tub/shower and a loft with queen bed.
The Villas at Tranquility Point
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people (ALL AGES)
The villas are perfect for family or friend groups of 8 people or less. It is a two bed/ two bath cabin with an open sleeping loft upstairs. The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, and small dishwasher. Small appliances include a standard drip coffee pot, toaster, and electric can opener.
The Pods
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 small children. They have an apartment size fridge, 2 burner stove, a dishwasher and small microwave. Food preparation, bedding and bath linens items are also provided .There is 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a small sofa in the living room that opens to a bed as well. They do have cable TV& a DVD player. The pods float in pairs of 2 with a shared 12×36 dock. Each unit has a propane grill, outdoor seating and room to park watercraft. You can fish and swim off these units just like our other units!
